Card Details & Client information

All clients agree at time of booking they acknowledge and accept Bellimis cancellation policy.

All clients are asked to enter card details at time of booking, if card details are failed to be added the appointment will be cancelled by Bellimi.

Clients will be charged 50% fee of appointment price for not showing up and 30% fee for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

Childrens Haircuts booked on a weekday will be charged at correct child pricing. Any childrens haircuts booked in on a Saturday will be charged at adult pricing as follows dry/wet cut £29 and wash cut & blowdry £42.

Client Lateness can sometimes not be helped and usually 5-10 minutes shouldn't disrupt your scheduled appointment. Generally if you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment this can mean a reduced service will be offered (e.g. Cut & Blowdry may turn into wet/dry cut) (half head foils turn into t-section) Our stylists will always try to offer an alternative as close as possible. It is important that client lateness doesn't have a knock on effect to the rest of the stylists schedule and impact other clients appointments. Extreme lateness will likely result in a reschedule to another time.

Customer Complaints are rare, but we take them seriously. Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. If you feel unhappy with the service you have received please tell your stylist at the time or if you feel more confident to call or email us within 7 Days. Any complaints after 7 Days will be discussed but will result in full or part payment. 

If you are unhappy with your hair and have contacted us within 7 days we will arrange to rebook you in at the earliest availability and speak through concerns and discuss if we need to redo part or all of the service for you.

Please note any service that has been completed to your request at a high standard but you have decided its not for you any changes will be happily made but charged as normal, this situation would not be classed as a redo.

We will not tolerate any rudeness/bullying/harassment or inappropriate behaviour to any of our staff or clients within the salon. We hold the right to refuse service to anyone acting in this manner.

Bellimi Hair Bar uses Fresha Online Booking system to book appointments and Store Client Details. No Client details are kept within the salon at any time. Clients have to right to request to view personal details Bellimi has and can ask for information to be deleted at anytime.

Client card details can and will only be added to Fresha by the client themselves. Bellimi staff cannot access any of these details via the software they are fully secured with Fresha. Bellimi staff only have access to see the expiry date for given card to notify client this needs to be updated.
